Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice in Abbey Wood can now make improvements to the physical environment of the Hospice thanks to an award of £944,180. The Hospice was chosen as one of 176 hospices across the country by Norman Lamb, the minister for care and support, to receive the funding boost.

I wish the government would get on with allowing TfL to takeover the southeastern metro routes. Apparently it is still possible so hopefully local politicians are pushing for this.
