Charlton Athletic have agreed a £2million fee with Huddersfield for the sale of Karlan Grant according to reports.

According to HITC it’s understood the 14-goal forward is undergoing a medical at Huddersfield today.

Grant came through the Addicks academy and despite Lee Bowyer hoping he would see out the remaining six-months of his contract at The Valley, they have reluctantly agreed to the sale to use the funds.

Grant, who missed a penalty in the goalless draw at Peterborough on Saturday, has generated many admirers this season including, West Brom, Rangers, and Brentford but it seems The Terriers have won the race to sign the forward.
