Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing has announced the sad ending of one of his popular podcasts.

The Strictly Come Dancing star has quit Private Parts after seven years which has been a "significant chapter" of his life.

Posting on his personal and Private Parts Instagram accounts yesterday (January 19), he broke the sad news to his fans with an emotional video, alongside the caption: “We have some news to share…” with a yellow love heart emoji.

In the clip, the 35-year-old can be seen sitting down in front of his microphone, and after adjusting his headphones, he said: "Hello friends. This is a bit of a strange episode I suppose, because it's going to be my last episode of Private Parts.

"It's been seven years, it's been incredible. God, this isn't going to be cheesy is it? This isn't goodbye, but it's farewell for now, I suppose.”

He continued: "But truly, from the bottom of my heart, a huge thank you to everyone who has made this possible.

"A huge thank you, love you, goodbye."
