The people of Bromley have gathered at the Queen’s Gardens to celebrate the historic moment that King Charles III was officially crowned.
People came together to watch the occasion on a massive screen, enjoying the morning with their local community.
Miss Royal Penny, who attended the event with Clip Theatre, was dressed from head to toe in Union Jacks, even donning a matching umbrella with her outfit.
Others came dressed in full suits, top hats and tails to be properly dressed as they marked the day.
Despite the drizzle of rain in the air, people still managed to push through and make the most of the day with umbrellas and raincoats.
There will be a flurry of street parties taking place across south east London this afternoon as communities come together to celebrate the new King of England.
