Shaf Rahman, who works for Chokha, said: "We opened the restaurant because we felt Beckenham was missing a fine dining experience which we feel people deserve.
"We would like to thank everybody including guests, friends and suppliers who made it possible for us to win this award and we hope to create many more memories with you all soon."

Inbetweeners star Simon Bird recently used the restaurant to film scenes for his directorial film debut Days of the Bagnold Summer.
Gavin and Stacey favourite Rob Brydon and Friday Night Dinner’s Tamsin Greig also feature in the film, which is out next year.
Chokha was inspired by street food markets of northern and southern India and hosted its official opening party in September.
