At the September monthly meeting of Sidcup and District U3A as a change from the usual guest speaker members enjoyed participating in a photographic competition followed by a quiz.
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 2pm at the New Community Church, Station Road, Sidcup.
In addition to the monthly meetings, members are able to enjoy many different types of group activities such as antiques appreciation, rambling, theatre visits, card making and visits to places of interest.
Membership is available to the retired and semi-retired. Further information may be obtained from membership secretary John Harlow on 020 8300 3865 or by attending as a guest any of the monthly meetings.
