Here are some of our handpicked favourites from their experts:

Caroline Carr

Caroline wishes to inspire with talks on how to become a zippy woman - one who is Zestful, inspirational, Proficient, Passionate, Youthful (in mind and outlook).

Caroline will be giving talks at this year’s Vitality Show about ways to stay healthy, positive and resilient in the face of incoming challenges, as well as giving valuable insight into anxiety and depression.

Her top tips for any potential zippy woman are:

:: Ask for help when you need it.

:: Be selfish when you need to be, but with compassion and a conscience. Give yourself time out when you need it.

:: Learn ways to help you to be okay with whatever happens next in your life.

Astrid Longhurst

For many Astrid will be a familiar face as an underweight poster-girl for a slimming product and later a plus size inspiration as GMTV’s first size 20 fitness Guru.

At this year’s Vitality her talk entitled “Winning the body wars!” hopes to inspire other women to transform their own body wars.

Astrid’s life has been dominated by weight – what size she was, her eating habits – and last year weighing over twenty stone (size 30) she reached an all time low wiht sky high blood pressure and crippling arthritis.

Now seven stone lighter she is back exercising and coaching others to make their own changes.

But it’s not the weight loss that has made the greatest difference - ultimately it’s the size of our lives that matters and not the size of our hips!
