AIR and Breathe nightclub in Dartford has been partially destroyed by a second fire in two months.

The fire broke out in the reception area of the Essex Road club at 3.20am this morning.

A fifth of the ground floor has been destroyed and the rest of the two-storey building has been damaged by smoke.

The fire was tackled until 4.40am by four pumps.

Police are still at the scene.

In July 50 firefighters tackled flames at the nightclub.

Officers estimated 20 per cent of the ground and first floors were gutted by the fire.

No-one was injured.
