A deaf man who went missing from his Edgware home has been found safe and well.
Aneil Ranani, 31, was last seen by a member of staff at the care home where he lives, in Knightswood Close, on Monday afternoon.
As well as being deaf, he has learning difficulties and is said to have the mental age of a child.
Mr Ranani left his home alone between 3.30pm and 4pm to go to a day centre, which is a few minutes' walk away, as he does every Monday.
But he has not returned and has not been seen since.
The missing man is Asian, about 5ft 4ins tall with black hair and a moustache.
He is of heavy build and was last seen wearing a blue zip-up jacket, blue t-shirt and black jogging bottoms.
Police say he has never gone missing before and they are appealing for anyone who has seen him to call the station office at Colindale Police Station on 020 8733 4425.
