It’s easy to look at all the bad things happening in the world and forget that there is also an awful lot of good. Granted, we do have Donald Trump and the Kardashians but there are also lots of heroes going unrecognised for their kind acts.

Kindness UK is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that aims to remind people that no matter what, there is still kindness around.

The organisation asks schools, and businesses, as well as individuals to pledge their act of kindness on their website. It is about understanding that it doesn’t hurt to do something nice for someone else, and if it helps them then surely that is a positive thing.
