Friends have paid tribute to an "inspirational" Longfield woman who died following a second fight with cancer - leaving behind a "miracle" five-year-old son.
Kelly Morris, 40, died on January 5 after being diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer in July last year.
Miss Morris was previously diagnosed with ovarian cancer in July 2010 and was forced to have one of her ovaries removed.
Kelly Morris and son, Jacob
She was told by medics that it was unlikely she would ever have children - but the former Longfield Academy pupil found out she was expecting Jacob during her first scan after being given the all-clear.
School friends, including best friend Lloyd Green from Merton Avenue, rallied around to raise funds for the mum-of-one and her beloved son - in the hope they would have chance to "make memories together" and pay for essentials such as school books for Jacob.
Speaking to News Shopper last month, the 41-year-old said: "Jacob loves her to bits.
"After she's gone he will be cared for by Kelly's mum.
"We just want to raise enough money for Kelly to make sure he is cared for, whether it's books for school or money for them to have a special holiday and make memories together."
An online fundraising page set up by Miss Morris' school friends Faye and Kerry has, so far, collected £5,745.

A statement posted on the page on January 6 said: "Kelly you showed us what courage is, you are an inspiration and I feel blessed to have been able to witness your dignity, strength and courage.
"Your upbeat honesty and humour is something I will never forget.
"Rest easy Kelly, see you on the other side.
"Our thoughts are with your family and close friends at this time."
