With the coronavirus, most people are quarantined in their homes and understandably losing their minds out of boredom, me including. Reading. Since many of us always complain about “not having enough time to read” now would be a great time to. English teachers constantly tell students to read to get better scores on the English GCSE as it strengthens your writing abilities. Research has also shown that reading improves your memory and helps you focus better which a lot of us who are doing work from home, could really benefit from.

Drawing. Whether you’re an artist or not, drawing actually has many benefits other than improved artistic ability. Some of those benefits are: improved communication skills, stress relief and an overall increase in positive emotions which can be very useful in a time like this.

Exercise at home. If you have free space in your home you can try doing cardio that you find online as it boosts your immune system. Or if you don't have as much space you can try muscle exercises that don't require a lot of space.

Those were just a few simple activities that you could and how they can be beneficial at this time. Remember to stay safe and to stay at home to save lives.
