KENT Tennis Club's young stars will be competing for the top prize in under-18 club competition after a whitewash of the opposition in a qualification group.
Nine players beat Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Hertfordshire to win promotion from Group 2B to Group 1 of the Junior County Cup.
The rout, played out at Billesley Tennis Centre, Birmingham, means this time next year the team will take on Lancashire, Yorkshire and Middlesex for a shot at the coveted junior cup.
