DESPITE an impressive start the trip to Folkestone was ultimately a bad one for Dartfordians.
Danny Wall had scored for the visitors but his joy was cut short as the referee ruled there had been a knock-on and disallowed the score.
Two Folkestone penalties saw the hosts leading 6-0 at half-time.
Dartfordians were still in confident mood but Folkestone scored the only try of the day to put the game out of reach.
It was a better performance by Darts but relegation still looms.
