Gravesend Road Runner Graham Melrose took part in the Orpington Multi-terrain 10km race, finishing in 41mins 47sec.
Melrose then took part in the Guernsey Half Marathon over an undulating south-to-north route, and finished 21st in a field of more than 300 runners to clock 1hr 27mins 43sec.
The club is keen to attract new members of all ages and abilities. Club night is Tuesday at 7pm at their AEI Sports Club headquarters, Dunkirk Close, Gravesend.
