AN ARSENAL fanatic from Greenwich enjoyed a memorable Christmas after leading his beloved Gunners out on to the pitch on Boxing Day.
Bradley Humphrey, 11, was chosen at random to act as a mascot for the title-chasers at Portsmouth in a televised game, following a draw for members of the junior gunners.
The Crown Woods pupil met all of his Arsenal heroes in the 0-0 draw at Fratton Park and collected their autographs as well as a free Gunners strip.
Bradley said: "This has made Christmas extra special this year.
"It was definitely worth the trip to Portsmouth and even though we didn't score any goals, it was still a good game and I got to meet all the team, which was amazing."
Arsenal vice-captain Kolo Toure said: "It's always great to meet the junior gunners before the match.
"We hope Bradley had a fantastic day out and enjoyed all the action against Pompey."
