Cray Wanderers kick-off the new Ryman Premier League season at home to AFC Hornchurch on Sunday 21 August at 3pm.
It will be Cray's third season in the Ryman Premier League, the highest level that the club has ever played at.
Hopes are high in the Cray camp that the Wands can build on last year's excellent campaign that brought a final placing of ninth in the table after the team had stayed in the promotion play-off hunt until the second-to-last week of the season.
Cray's manager Ian Jenkins has retained the nucleus of last year's promising squad, and has been busy in pre-season signing new players and assessing other potential talent that he has spotted during the warm-up friendly matches.
Highlights of Cray's pre-season activities have included a 2-1 win versus Bromley on 16 July and an exciting 6-3 win against Great Britain Deaf in a special invitation match on 7 August.
Cray rounded off their preparations with two four-goal hauls at the weekend, winning 4-1 versus Chipstead and 4-0 versus Crockenhill.
The match against Crockenhill was staged in St Paul's Cray where the Wands were pleased to see a good turnout of local support at Hoblingwell Recreation Ground.
Enoch Akosah gave Cray the lead with a rasping shot after ten minutes, and Tommy Whitnell bagged a second half hat-trick against the Crocks.
Cray Wanderers are planning to build a new stadium at Sandy Lane and return to the Crays in three years' time. Club chairman Gary Hillman has appointed Pellings, architects as a key step before the Wands prepare their planning application to Bromley Council.
Kick-off on Sunday versus AFC Hornchurch is 3pm at Hayes Lane (Bromley FC).
