Gravesend and Northfleet 1 v 2 Hereford
Nationwide Conference
WITH just 16 minutes left against play-off favourites Hereford, Fleet were winning by a single goal.
However, two goals in six minutes courtesy of Robbie King's shot and Andy Williams' right-footed drive turned the tide on Fleet and left them with nothing.
Hereford had to play with 10 men for an hour after Daryl Taylor was given a straight red card for his rash challenge on Bradley Johnson.
Two minutes after Taylor's dismissal Fleet took the lead when Jimmy Jackson headed in Danny Slatter's cross.
Fleet are now 11th in the table and 11 points off the play-offs.
Boss Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "In the first half we deserved to go ahead but it was almost like we were embarrassed to go ahead.
"It seems we don't know how to win a game of football in that position."
