Charlton won for the first time in nine league games after beating Oldham 1-0 at the Valley.
Stephy Mavididi’s first-half goal was enough to give the Addicks three points.
Here is how News Shopper rated Charlton’s players…
Ben Amos - 7 - Made two crucial saves in the second-half and commanded his box well.
Ezri Konsa - 6 - He was never really troubled and looked good on the ball.
Patrick Bauer - 8 - His first start in five weeks and he was solid. Brought some leadership back to the defence.
Harry Lennon - 7 - Gave the ball away on a few occasions but had a comfortable afternoon due to his excellent reading of the game.
Jay Dasilva - 7 - He offers the Addicks so much width. Always tried to get forward when he could.
Ahmed Kashi - 8 - He did his usual job without breaking a sweat. He’ll be so important for Charlton in the second half of the season.
Joe Aribo - 6 - Did not do too much to affect the game. His long-range passing needs to improve.
Mark Marshall - 5 - He’s giving 100 per cent but it’s not quite coming off for him at the moment. He overhit his crosses and rarely beat his man.
Ricky Holmes - 6 - Often ran into trouble but always gave the Addicks an option on the break.
Stephy Mavididi - 9 - His stunning solo effort was the difference today. He was Charlton’s best player by a mile.
Josh Magennis - 5 - Once again, he’s feeding off scraps. Never had a clear sight at goal.
