Crystal Palace player ratings from a historic 4-0 win over Lech Poznań

Here at the Palace player ratings from a brilliant evening for the Eagles.

​Walter Benítez (7) - A quiet night for the Argentine, though he still made three good saves when he was called into action. It was also a confidence-building night for the back line, as they secured a clean sheet.

Honest Ahanor (6) - Still building confidence in only his third start for the club. Like the rest of the backline, will be pleased to keep the clean sheet.

Axel Disasi (6) - An improvement on the weekend’s performance when he was sent off, he made four defensive contributions, including two tackles.

Chris Richards (7) - Scored his first goal since January with a lovely header into the top right corner.

Anan Khalaili (6) - Wasn’t too involved in things tonight, but still managed four passes into the final third, however. His clearance almost gave Lech the chance to level at 1-1, but Mikael Ishak wasted it.

Tyrick Mitchell (6) - Like Khalaili, another decent performance and will be especially pleased with the clean sheet heading into the weekend.

Adam Wharton (8) - Captained the side once again, and assisted Richards' goal with a deep corner from the right. Created the joint most chances (3), had the most touches (97) and the joint most defensive contributions (9). After a poor performance against Ipswich, this felt like a return to the

Quinten Timber (8) - A very good performance from the Dutchman who is beginning to form a nice partnership alongside Wharton. Made two tackles and three interceptions.

Daichi Kamada (7) - Very tidy performance from the Japan international, provided support for the Eagles both in possession and out of possession.

Jørgen Strand Larsen (7) - Got his fourth goal in three games with a brilliant penalty into the top left corner to make it 3-0.

Yéremy Pino (9) - Scored Crystal Palace’s first-ever Europa League goal and also won the penalty, which Strand Larsen converted.

Jaydee Canvot (6) (on at 74 for Chris Richards) - Jaydee Canvot returned to the matchday squad following his omission for the Ipswich defeat.

Dwight McNeil (7) (on at 64 for Quinten Timber) - A very good cameo from McNeil as he created three chances in 30 minutes and also got an assist late on for Eddie Nketiah’s goal.

Óscar Mingueza (6) (on at 62 for Anan Khalaili) - Came on midway through the second half to replace Anan Khalaili, helping to secure the clean sheet.

Ismaïla Sarr (6) - (on at 74 for Daichi Kamada) - Following a groin injury, Ismaïla Sarr came off the bench for his first appearance under Pierre Sage. The reception was largely positive, although there were a few boos.

Eddie Nketiah (7) (on at 74 for Jørgen Strand Larsen) - A good cameo for Nketiah as he scored his first goal of the season with a lovely finish into the bottom left corner late on.
