Andy Woodman believes that Bromley's late 2-2 draw with Barnet would not have been possible without the constant support that the away fans showed at The Hive.
Bromley had taken the lead through Nickie Kabamba, but were twice pegged back by Barnet, even after the visitors had their captain, Danny Collinge, sent off at 1-1 for violent conduct.
The League Two leaders looked to be heading for their second consecutive defeat until George Evans stepped onto the pitch in added time, and within a minute, fired the ball into the roof of the Barnet net to spark jubilation from Bromley's players, staff, and fans.
Woodman recognised the support that the fans were given, and urged the team to use that to push them forward.
"We said at halftime, let's do it for these fans, we have faced some adversity, and it feels like we have got a win, even though we haven't, but it is an important point for us.
Woodman also praised his side for finding the courage to pull out a result when all hope seemed lost.
"When you are in the depths of the game like that, and you are just throwing caution to the wind, then it is an absolutely massive result for us.
"I've had some fantastic battles with Dean [Brennan], and I love him. He sent him a lovely message last week, and we had a brilliant battle today.
"Whoever has got to come here to Barnet next, they are going to have some tough games because they put in some really good quality things today.
"This is only a good point if we win on Tuesday against Shrewsbury, and that is not going to be an easy game, so that will not be a given. They won today; they are a decent team.
"We have got to make sure that we win on Tuesday and then we have got a pinky toe for promotion."
