ASTON VILLA could have key midfielder Jacob Ramsey available for their match against Crystal Palace.
Ramsey missed the Villan's victory over relegation-threatened Burnley on the weekend, but is considered a "big doubt" for the match against Liverpool tomorrow night.
Manager Steven Gerrard gave the update ahead of the match against his former side.
Gerrard said: "A big doubt for Tuesday. Got a small groin problem. He [Ramsey] won't be long.
"We're hoping to get him involved in the squad at Liverpool but that's looking ambitious right now."
Ramsey has been a bright spark for the Villans this season, making 31 appearances in the Premier League, scoring six goals and assisting one more.
Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira will have to prepare his team to be able to handle the young Englishman, in case he is able to play at Villa Park.
In the reverse fixture in November, the Villans beat Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park with Matt Targett and John McGinn scoring before Marc Guehi's late consolation goal.
