EAGLES defender Tyrick Mitchell could be fit for the club's FA Cup semi-final clash against Chelsea.
The recently capped full-back gave manager Patrick Vieira a worry as he was forced to come off during the first half against Leicester City on Sunday.
Mitchell missed most of the 2-1 defeat to the Foxes after hurting his calf.
However, the good news for fans according to the Daily Mail, is that Mitchell was able to take part in light training after having the injury assessed by Palace's medical team.
There is now hope that he will be able to recover enough in order to start against the Blues at Wembley.
Mitchell has become of Palace's standout players this season and has cemented himself as the club's first-choice right-back.
