ADDICKS striker Mason Burstow is reportedly being tracked by European Champions Chelsea.
The 18-year-old striker has been in greta form for Charlton this season having scored six goals and assiting two more in only 15 appearances in all competitions.
Despite his tender age, Burstow has become an important player for manager Johnnie Jackson, who will not want to lose his star player midway through the season.
However according to Chelsea correspondant Nizaar Kinsella, who has suggested that the Blues are "tracking" the player.
He has also reported that one Premier League club have also made a bid for the League One striker.
He Tweeted: "Chelsea are one of a number of clubs tracking Charlton's 18-year-old striker Mason Burstow.
"However, another Premier League club has made an offer for the teen star who is already playing League One football.
"Burstow could move on before the deadline on Monday night."
The Blues will be hoping to be in Charlton's good books as they loaned wing-back Juan Castillo to the club.
Speaking about Burstow earlier this month, Jackson said: “With every step up that he makes, he’s having an impact, so it’s fantastic for him because he’s a really humble young man who’s very respectful around the group.
“The lads respect him because of what he brings to the party and he deserves his place in the team. He deserved his start and now he’s rewarded us with a goal.”
