Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson expects a Watford side brimming with confidence at Selhurst Park this Saturday after their recent dismantling of Liverpool.
The Hornets travel to South East London fresh off the back of a shock 3-0 win over the league leaders last Sunday.
Nigel Pearson’s men became the first side to take three points from the Reds and Hodgson expects a similar turnout as their London rivals look to negotiate their way out of the relegation zone.
“I expect the same performance they delivered on Sunday where they were excellent in every aspect,” Hodgson said.
“They were organised and well managed.
“I think they’re going to come to Selhurst Park feeling good about themselves and confident, which they should do on the back of their Liverpool performance.
“It’s always a bit of a derby, always hard fought, the spectators are interested and expecting a good encounter.”
Palace head into the fixture without Cenk Tosun who was ruled out for the season earlier in the week.

There was positive news however on the defensive trio of James Tomkins, Jeffrey Schlupp and Mamadou Sakho.
“That injury (Cenk Tosun) set back hit us for six,” Hodgson said.
“But other players are raring to go.
“James Tomkins is back training with us and he’ll be available next week as will Mamadou (Sakho).”
