Millwall’s Jed Wallace is wanted by Aston Vila according to reports.
Wallace has been the Lions’ stand out performer this season and it’s thought his form has alerted Villa’s Dean Smith.
The former Wolves attacker has netted seven goals in 17 appearances this season and has been at the forefront of Millwall’s recent revival under new boss Gary Rowett.
The Daily Express reported Villa were amongst a host of clubs interested in Wallace.
Millwall would demand a fee of around £10million for the 25-year-old who’s made over 100 appearances for the club.
Any move to the Villa Park outfit will stir controversy with the wide-man having spent two years at bitter rivals Wolves where he made 18 appearances before moving to Millwall in 2017.
