Liverpool will be without Mohamed Salah, Andy Robertson and Joel Matip for their trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday according to reports.
The international break offered insufficient recovery time for Salah and Robertson who both have ankle injuries according to Sky Sports,
Scotsman Robertson has been in scintillating form this season with four assists and a goal to his name having played every minute for Jurgen Klopp’s side so far.
Salah has failed to match the dizzy high standards he set over the last two campaigns but has still chipped in with six league goals and three assists.
Matip, who started the season as Virgil van Dijk’s first choice partner for the undefeated outfit has struggled to recover from a knee injury that has kept him out since the end of October.
He is expected to be replaced by either Dejan Lovren or Joe Gomez, who has overcome a knee injury which forced him to sit out England’s trip to Kosovo on Monday.
For Palace there are no new injury concerns ahead of the weekend as they look to put a run of four defeats in five behind them.
