Here's how News Shopper rated Charlton's players in their win against Blackburn Rovers.

Dillon Phillips - 6 - His kicking was a little off but he didn't have a lot to do in the first half. Blackburn created some chances but he wasn't tested that much.

Anfernee Dijksteel - 7 - Adam Armstrong did cause him a few problems and he was occasionally caught out. Lapslie doubling up helped a lot. One of his last appearances for Charlton?

Tom Lockyer - 9 - Did brilliantly to cut out a dangerous Blackburn counter-attack before Charlton scored. A complementing piece to Pearce in that back five. Man of the match.

Jason Pearce (c) - 8 - Had to get an early mistake out of his system when he gave the ball away cheaply. Recovered to organise the backline and, sometimes, go forward himself. Inadvertently assisted Taylor's goal.

Naby Sarr - 5 - Was booked for a mistake of his own doing. Had a few scares in the first-half, particularly when he was on the ball, and never really looked comfortable. Shaky performance.

Ben Purrington - 8 - Started and finished Charlton's first goal, which he finished superbly. Provided a vital support link for the Addicks in attack.

Darren Pratley - 8 - Sat at the base of Charlton's midfield as an anchor and enabled one of the three centre backs to maraud forward. When fit, he's crucial to Bowyer's system.

Jake Forster-Caskey - 7 - This was his first start for Charlton in more than a year and he held his own. Made a strong block when the Addicks were under duress and showed tenacity in winning the ball back. Promising return.

George Lapslie - 7 - Like quite a few of his teammates, this was his Championship debut and it was solid. Used his energy to help corral the threat of Armstrong whilst forming a solid three-man midfield with Williams and Forster-Caskey.

Jonny Williams - 7 - Provided the assist for Purrington's goal. A great delivery. Other than that not much of him was seen on the ball and, off the ball, he helped to maintain Charlton's shape.

Lyle Taylor - 7 - Who else to score on Charlton's first game back? Clever forward's play for the second. Tested Blackburn goalkeeper Christian Walton a few times but, as one expected, was isolated up top.
