Charlton bounced back from a 2-1 defeat at Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday with a 4-0 win at Dagenham & Redbridge.
Brandon Wiredu scored his third goal in three games, while Tom Lockyer, Macauley Bonne and Ben Dempsey all netted their first Addick's goals Lee Bowyer's side swept aside the Daggers.
Bowyer praised his men for the 24-hour turnaround.
"It was a good night, no injuries, very pleasing," he told Charlton Official.
“The difference from last night to tonight was 100% improvement.
“We were much better tonight, we passed better, we closed down properly, we were back to where we have always been.
"That’s why we play these games because it gets you ready for Blackburn, which is the most important thing. For me to get back to how we do things was perfect.”
