Crystal Palace fans have been left annoyed by the timing of the Club's latest announcement.
The Eagles, who fell to a 2-1 defeat to bitter rivals Brighton on Saturday, chose to announce that season ticket re-newels for the 2019/20 season were now available.
Anthony Knockaert's second half strike gave the Seagulls victory and meant Chris Hughton's men have done the double over Roy Hodgson's outfit this season.

With the bragging rights from the M23 derby settling on the south coast the mood amongst Palace fans is very low so the timing of the announcement has not gone down well.
Losing at home to Brighton and letting them do the double over us this season is bad enough....and that is unforgivable. Then sending out season ticket renewal emails is timing at itβs worse #cpfc

I imagine the Palace PR team envisaged breaking the news of season ticket price increases to ecstatic fans after beating their arch rivals at home a couple of days previously. Turns out they're fucking idiots. #cpfc
