Neil Harris believes Millwall gave three "cheap" goals away in their back-to-back defeats against Rotherham United and Sheffield Wednesday this week.

Sean Raggett's goal which won the Millers the game compounds the 2-1 loss the Lions had earlier at Hillsborough on Wednesday.

It leaves his side with one win from their opening five Sky Bet Championship fixtures, with the opening day seeing them throw away a two-goal lead against Middlesbrough.

Harris said: "I am frustrated, Rotherham did nowhere near enough to win the game against us.

"That's twice in five days that we have thrown points away.

"When you play against Rotherham you know you have got to be strong from dead-ball deliveries and be organised and for the majority of it we were.

"And one moment we get it wrong and don't compete the ball ends up in the back of the net.

"In the second half there was a lot of good play, I would like to have seen us create more clear-cut chances.

"What we have learned from the last four days is you cannot give teams at this level a leg-up.

"If you give cheap goals away you'll get punished."

Tom Bradshaw is a welcome addition to the squad to bolster Millwall's attacking options, but now they must do without Shaun Hutchinson after he suffered an injury.

The 27-year-old defender has been a mainstay in the Lions' defence, and his absence will come as a major blow with tough games against Swansea, Leeds, West Brom, and Sheffield United all coming in September.

Harris added: "Rotherham got their noses in front and had something to cling to and it was very difficult to break them down.

"Fair play to them. But that is three cheap goals in two games."
