Tariqe Fosu has returned to the starting XI for Charlton’s play-off semi-final second leg against Shrewsbury.

The winger, who was a 62nd-minute substitute in their 1-0 first leg defeat, injured his hamstring last month.

Charlton caretaker boss Lee Bowyer even had Fosu down as a doubt for this evening’s game at New Meadow.

But he is one of three changes to the side that lost to Shrewsbury on Thursday.

Anfernee Dijksteel, Joe Aribo and Fosu come in for Ahmed Kashi, Ben Reeves and Stephy Mavididi.

There is no place on the bench for Mark Marshall, who has travelled with the squad.

Charlton XI: Amos, Dijksteel, Bauer, Pearce, Dasilva, Fosu, Konsa, Forster-Caskey, Aribo, Magennis, Ajose.

Subs: Phillips, Sarr, Kashi, Reeves, Kaikai, Mavididi, Zyro.
