Millwall boss Neil Harris has sent his best wishes to injured Sheffield Wednesday defender Jordan Thorniley.
The young centre-half was inadvertently caught by Jed Wallace’s trailing boot in the lead up to Steve Morison’s goal last night.
There was a nine-minute delay as an unconscious Thorniley was stretchered off - and later taken to hospital.
Speaking after Millwall’s 2-1 win over the Owls, Harris said: “First and foremost, I hope Jordan Thonilly is going to be okay.

“I haven't seen it back. The fourth official seems to think as the ball got knocked, something like a trailing stud caught him. To be honest, I’m not really sure.
“No one in the ground thought there was anything malicious in it. It’s an accident. I’ve seen the boy and he was conscious downstairs. He’s gone to hospital.”
