Millwall are now without a win in five games, and just three teams and five points separate them from the relegation zone. But there are many positives from last night's game:
The team can hold its own against quality opposition
Manager Neil Harris pointed out at the press conference after the game that Hull City had left £33 million worth of players at home. Last season Hull City were in the Premier League, while Millwall were in League One, yet not much seemed to separate the teams in last night’s stalemate.
Millwall have a strong defence
Hull City have scored 30 goals in the league this season, so for Millwall to keep a clean sheet was a great achievement. In open play, Millwall can defend the box very well.
Millwall can create chances
Despite the winless steak of five games, Millwall could have easily won last night from the chances they created. Lee Gregory, Shaun Hutchinson, Shane Ferguson and Fred Onyedinma could each have bagged a win for their team. Millwall had five shots on target, compared to Hull’s two.
Harris has a selection headache up front
Does he stick with Morison now after the veteran impressed when being brought on in the second half?
Team needs to have belief and remember more chances will come
Keeper Jordan Archer showed belief after Saturday's errors against Sunderland that he could pick himself up and put in a great performance.
Striker Lee Gregory, in particular, will now have to pick himself up and stay positive and focused after three missed chances
