Zakarya Bergdich has been offered a two-year contract by Lens, News Shopper understands.
The left-footed Morocco international has not featured in any of Charlton’s pre-season friendlies so far this summer.
It is believed the 27-year-old failed to report back for training following the summer break.

Bergdich is being targeted by French side Lens, who have offered the player a two-year deal to leave the Valley.
The winger spent almost three years at Lens before signing for Real Valladolid and then joining the Addicks in the summer of 2015.
Bergdich failed to establish himself in the Charlton team and only started 11 Championship games during the 2015/16 campaign.
Lens finished sixth in France’s Ligue 2 last season - seven points off a promotion spot.
