Daniel Sturridge’s injury-time goal sealed a dramatic win for England today as Roy Hodgson’s side came from behind to beat Wales.
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale provided the Welshman with a lead with a 35-yard free-kick which Joe Hart failed to keep out.
But the Three Lions drew level shortly after the break through Jamie Vardy, before Sturridge’s late top-poke beat Wayne Hennessey.
There were scenes of relief and jubilation in France as the victory took England to the top of Group B ahead of their final game against Slovakia on Monday night.
Millwall forward Aiden O’Brien celebrated the goal in style by replicating Sturridge’s infamous dance before diving into a swimming pool.
