Diego Poyet is upset with his Charlton loan spell after alleged promises were broken, News Shopper understands.
The West Ham player rejoined the club in January when then-interim boss Karel Fraeye was in charge.
It was believed that Poyet, 21, would once again feature prominently under Fraeye’s replacement Jose Riga when he returned to SE7.
However, the Addicks Player of the Year for the 2013/14 season has started just three times under the former Standard Liege manager.
A News Shopper source claims broken promises regarding Poyet’s playing time have left the Uruguay U20 international bewildered.
Riga insisted the Charlton academy starlet was still in his plans in February but he has not made an appearance for the South Londoners in over a month.
