PALACE take on their old foes this weekend for a place in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Preston North End are the visitors to Selhurst Park and no Palace fan needs reminding, it was the Lillywhites who dumped the Eagles out of the cup at the same stage last year.

Peter Taylor is boosted ahead of the tie by the return of defenders Danny Granville and Gary Borrowdale, with both left backs having been absent since the turn of the year with hamstring and hernia injuries respectively.

Goalkeeper Julian Speroni is also back in full training after missing all of January with a groin strain and he is likely to be named in the squad with Gabor Kiraly cup-tied after his appearance for Aston Villa in the third round.

New signing Dave Martin is also cup-tied, after appearing for Dartford in the preliminary stages of the competition prior to arriving at Selhurst this week.

Definitely out of contention is midfielder Marco Reich who is still in plaster with a fractured bone in his arm.
