Re: 'End couple's prison hell' (News Shopper, Janaury 25). As a resident of Temple Hill, I often see Pauline Day out and about and to be honest it's partly her own fault that she has now been victimised by the local youths.
The way she speaks to them, most of the time for no good reason, is atrocious.
It's not just the youths either, my own husband was insulted in front of my children simply because he was first in line at the post office and she wanted to be.
Yes, it is terrible what is now happening to her and no-one would want to be in that situation, but if she does not want it to happen she should try being a bit nicer to those around her.
By the way, I am not a youth or OAP complaining about her, but a 35-year-old mum!
