ACCORDING to the media, council tax bills are set to rise by double the rate of inflation.
If no-one complains this time, what will be the increase next year?
This is happening because the Government is not giving councils a big enough grant even though they have collected the money from the tax payer.
Unfortunately a large amount of it has been wasted. We will have our chance to show our displeasure at the elections.
