PARKING PROBLEMS: Elizabeth Scott of St Dunstans Road, Gravesend, (Letters, February 15) will be lucky if her dropped kerb stops people parking across her gates. I have it all a garage, a driveway, gates, a dropped kerb and white lines in the road and three no parking signs on the gates. They are all ignored by pig-ignorant drivers who think they have the right to block my access whenever they want. I also need 24/7 access and when I ask these drivers to move it is me who is seen as being nasty and inconsiderate to them.

SUPPORTING AMPUTEES: I am calling on all amputees and disabled people of all ages. Would you like to meet people in the same situation socially, once a week? There is the possibility of funding for a group to be set up in the Crayford or North Heath area of Erith. A venue for this is yet to be found. If you are interested in getting involved or if you can offer any help or suggestions, call Dennis on 01322 529369.
