I AM very concerned why London residents should pay for hosting the Olympic Games.
The event will make a profit, so the government should supply the funds up front and claim it back after.
With the funding in place we would stand a much better chance of winning the bid.
How much will Londoners be asked to pay? £60million, £50 a month, £250 a year for five years?
Will we get it back when the games make their profit? If not, why not?
