In regard to "Pensioners clog up my weekends", I do hope the writer lives to a ripe old age, with all the consequences of old age.
Hopefully there will then be someone around to lock up the ‘old duffer’ every weekend from 4pm Friday until 8am Monday.
I would gladly do it myself but by then will have shuffled off the face of the Earth.
