I feel very sad after reading the Star Letter' about older people who apparently get in the way of those who have things to be getting on with.
I reflected on what what nasty, spiteful and wicked world we live in.
I taught my childern tolerance, generosity, kindness and understanding and to help others; in turn they have taught their children the same.
I would gladly give the writer lessons in good manners and if they are very good I would even buy them a whole scone for just for themselves.
Remember, some elderly people have to work during the week too, regardless of what pain they might feel!
