CAN YOU HELP?: I am trying to trace my cousin, Brian Rodney Tye. He married Daphne Barnard in Dartford Register Office in January 1958. They had a daughter called Delaware, I think in 1959. DOG LICENCE: My family have always had dogs. When a child is playing on open fields around parks, every dog should be kept on a lead, full stop. Years ago we had to buy a dog licence. Now is the time to make owners buy a licence, maybe at £10 a year?
