I HAVE some good memories of London parks, particularly Crystal Palace Park.
Living on a noisy main road with no garden, it provided welcome fun and recreation at the weekend.
There must be generations either side of me who have enjoyed the park which provides a window into our 19th-century past.
This famous park will be regenerated and consultations are regularly taking place to find out what people want to do.
I feel sure there are many people like myself who care about the park and would like to have input but may not know these discussions are taking place right now.
It is crucial views from the largest possible pool of people be heard as well as those with narrower interests, which are well represented.
There is still time to have your say and your nearest library will give you details of how to get involved.
It will be too late when you next visit a very different Crystal Palace Park and think "no-one asked me about this".
