Eager EastEnders viewers might have noticed there is a slight schedule change for the much-loved soap this week.

The programme will not be airing during its usual time slot on Tuesday (December 5).

This is due to BBC One showing the Scotland and England women’s football game from 7.30pm tonight live from Hampden Park.

Eilidh Barbour will be presenting coverage of both teams' sixth and final match in Group A1 of the UEFA Women's Nations League.

This means an EastEnders episode will be shown on Friday evening (December 8) instead.
