Users of the social media platform Twitter have shared that the app is not working.
It comes as an outage site, DownDector showed that over 2,880 users of the app shared that it is not working for them.
On the reporting site, users shared that 55% are having trouble with the website, 39% with the app and 5% with their feed.
Twitter is not the only platform that has suffered from an outage today as Virgin Media has also reportedly gone down.

Taking to the comments section of DownDector, one user wrote: "Twitter does not appear to be playing ball today!"
Whilst another added: "Twitters down again, not loading, not sending tweets or showing notifications. wonderful."
What is DownDector?
DownDector is an online website that allows users of popular services including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Virgin Media and more to report if they are having trouble with the services.
The site only reports an incident when the number of problem reports is significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day.
