AN ELECTRONICS company has been recognised for being one of the UK’s fastest growing businesses.
GPEG International, based in Gunnery Terrace, Woolwich, was ranked 9th in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 league table.
The annual guide lists the UK’s top 100 fastest growing technology companies.
GPEG secured its listing after the business’s sales leapt from £600,000 in 2007 to £6.3m in 2010.
Co-founder and CEO, Nick How, said: “Making the Tech Track’s Top 100 would have been enough of an achievement in itself, but to be listed within the top ten is fantastic.”
The company’s products focus on electronic displays used on games consoles but its recent innovation is the touch sensitive Taptile lighting system for bathrooms.
