Flooding on the rail line at Kidbrooke has shut down the line going through the town.
Southeastern has said no trains can run from Blackheath to Dartford via Bexleyheath.
Trains may be diverted via an alternative route through Woolwich or Sidcup, but many have had to be cancelled.
The line towards London is still open and trains can run normally.
